Our Client


Our client is a modern practice providing exceptional care for our patients with the full spectrum of services and treatment options ranging from general podiatry treatment for corns, calluses and nail to nail surgery, CAD/CAM orthotic fabrication, CAM Walkers and Shock Wave Treatment Therapy.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Clinic Admin to join their company in Elsternwick, VIC, with the potential to earn a negotiable competitive salary package inclusive of superannuation.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform reception duties including all bookings and billings

Reporting to the clinic manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Patient services and footwear fitting/advice
  • Supplies - ordering & receiving
  • Accounts payable
  • Practice marketing
  • Personnel (management, HR, performance and staffing)

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years in podiatry or allied healthcare and also, experience in an administerial role. Additionally, the following experience would be beneficial for this position but not essential:

  • Experience in handling Medicare, Hicaps, TAC, Workcover claims and payments
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in footwear retailing
  • Russian speaking is highly desirable
  • Management experience
