Our client is a dominant, well-established real estate agency covering the Tamworth area and its neighbouring districts. Their numerous successes and awards are attributed towards their innovative approach and drive to improve their already outstanding services. 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Property Management Supervisor to join their company in Tamworth, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $70,000 per annum | negotiable dependent on experience ($60,000 - $70,000 pa) including superannuation and car allowance.

As the Property Management Supervisor, your primary purpose is to manage a portfolio of around 150 properties and to be responsible for the direct supervision of a team of seven. You will have full support for leasing, administration and accounts. 

Reporting to the Operations Director some of your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert assistance and guidance to the team
  • Assist in developing and documenting systems and procedures and ensuring these are followed
  • Routine property inspections 
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Preparing for and attending NCAT
  • Landlord and tenant liaison

To be successful in the role you will have significant property management experience and will have the ability to provide clear guidance and direction to landlords, tradesman and the property management team. 

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and will be a clear and decisive decision-maker with exceptional organisational and management skills. Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities are essential.

The applicant must possess a current NSW certificate of registration. Additionally, you must have a current drivers license.
