Our client is a corporate learning and development centre. Focusing on delivering education tailored to their customer's needs, they provide cutting edge conferences putting the most talented and creative minds in front of audiences and businesses.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Conference Producer to join their company in Sydney CBD, NSW, with the potential to earn $40,000-$60,000 pa including superannuation + opportunity for profit share.

You will have the opportunity for leadership within your first 12 months.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and deliver a variety of two-day events that address specific, market-orientated, industry issues. This role is 50% warm and cold calling in a B2B environment. 

You will gain essential business skills experience through collaboration with the marketing and sales team, as well as simultaneously manage the end-to-end process of each conference.

Some of your responsibilities include:


  • Perform desk-based research
  • Conduct phone interviews and work with industry experts on content
  • Write conference agendas based on the above research
  • Liaise with top industry experts
  • Invite and secure speakers
  • Write copy/reports/blogs in relation to your conference topic

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in Journalism, Communications, Media, Arts, Commerce or equivalent and/or direct commercial experience

This role would suit an exceptional multi-tasker who has the ability to work independently under pressure with exceptional communication and time management skills to stick to tight deadlines.
