The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Customer Compliance Administrator to join their company in South Melbourne, VIC, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $60,000 pa package, negotiable on experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and monitor the internal compliance software, and liaise with contractors and hiring clients to provide education, training and general customer service to support their needs. Some of your responsibilities include:


  • Processing applications for contractor badges
  • Verifying current applications to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Data entry and verification of documents including document metadata 
  • Provide systems training and ongoing system support via phone and email to registered contractors and hiring clients  
  • Maintain verification methodology and ensure it is updated appropriately with legislative requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the team

To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in a similar role. Additionally, multitasking and time management skills are essential for this position.


This role will highly suit someone who has attention to detail, understands the need for thorough and compliant documentation and can also look "outside the square" to problem solve and find suitable outcomes for customers.
