The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to join their company in Liverpool NSW.

The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support company operations.

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Making and chasing lodgements
  • Undertaking fund checks when required
  • Creating make-up appointment kits
  • Ordering brochures when required and keeping well informed with new updates
  • Booking appointments for presentations and follow ups for clients

To be successful in this role you will have experience in Administration, with experience using COIN and Planner Portal Software. Additionally, knowledge of Financial Planning would be beneficial for this position.
