Our Client

Our client is an innovative, market leader in the industry of specialist protective apparel and total apparel management services, who are well into their 25th year of operation. 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Sales & Customer Relations Administrator to join their company in Fairfield, VIC with the potential to earn up to $65,000 per annum | Negotiable salary between $60,000 - $65,000 per annum based on your experience + superannuation. 

The primary purpose of this position is to be trained into a Contracts Administration role to maintain professional business relationships with customers & vendors. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate all daily service requirements i.e. receipt/dispatch of goods
  • Ensure all delivery deadlines & key performance indicators are being met
  • Manage stock levels and source new products in conjunction with demand 
  • Assume responsibility for the administration of selected supply agreements 
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in administration and customer service. 
This position would suit someone with strong communication and numeracy skills with the ability to effectively prioritise their time.
