Our client is here to advance education for Auckland by supporting and connecting education initiatives across the city. Since their inception in 1998, our client creates spaces for people to connect in order to advance education and skills by listening, sharing learning, coordinating, collaborating and analysing data. 

About The Role


Our client is now looking for a Project Support Administrator to join their company based in Auckland, NZ, with the potential to earn $60,000 pa | Negotiable Salary $50,000 - $60,000 per annum. This is a fixed term part-time position offering 32 hours per week.

The primary purpose of this position is to support project logistics for the Youth Employability, SouthSci and Auckland STEM Alliance projects. 

Reporting directly to the Finance and Office Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Logistics support for Youth Employability 
  • Logistics support for SouthSci and ASA
  • Support projects to finalise applications 
  • Collect and collate data for project evaluation
  • Administration support for Youth Employability and STEM
  • Attend events, assist with layout and proofing for publications

About You

  • Must have a high level of experience in a similar project support, logistics or administration position
  • Strong cultural competencies, including experience working with Maori and Pacific communities
  • Able to create and use systems to collect, collate and analyse data
  • Proficient computer skills and MS office experience
  • Time management and exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of administration policies, systems and procedures
