The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a team player to assist the Business Development Manager to reach the goals of the business. They are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in account management and meeting KPIs, with the potential to earn a negotiable remuneration depending on experience.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Providing effective administration of onboarding new buildings with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Prepare and execute proposal documentation, agendas and minutes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Delivering superior customer service to build working relationships with our new clients
  • Handing over new-business to existing portfolios and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Assisting and organising the BDM with the day to day running of the New Business Department
  • Working autonomously and self-motivated when the BDM is out on the road

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar sales support and administration role 
  • Experience in account management in the Real Estate/Body Corporate industry (beneficial)
  • A high level of computer skills and knowledge
  • Experience using a CRM and/or Cordells
  • A minimum typing speed of 50wpm is necessary
  • Any experience using BC Max software would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
