Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their company based in Sydney CBD, NSW, with the potential to earn a base salary + super + great career growth!
The primary purpose of this position is to answer inbound calls from new and existing customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient manners and schedule appointments with the right technician for the job.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have previous Customer Service experience. Additionally, any phone-based customer service experience would be beneficial for this position but not essential.
This position would suit someone who has a natural and friendly approach towards customers, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and someone who is a good listener and an open, honest and direct communicator.
