Our client is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Support Specialist to join their company in Perth, WA, with strong prospects of career development into the future.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have 6+ months sales or customer service experience, ideally within an IT related field. You must also have proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
