Our client is seeking an energetic and dynamic Administration Officer to join their team in Kensington, VIC with the potential to earn up to $55,000 Per Annum + Superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administration, receptionist and accounts support to the team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accounts support including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and reconciliation.
- Performing data entry duties.
- Receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and emails.
- Timesheet entry and invoicing
- A range of ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
To be successful in this role you are required to have 2+ years administrative experience. Relevant qualifications are beneficial however there are opportunities for a study allowance and ongoing training and support are provided.Someone who has excellent communication ability and is highly organised would be ideal, however, key to this role is that you are motivated, outgoing and have a positive attitude.
